There is a total restriction on residential use There is a septic tank which is maintained by the park. There is fibre broadband to the park. When you sell the lodge you pay a Pitch Licence Transfer Fee calculated at 15% plus VAT of the advertised sale price. Pitch fees must be maintained as fully paid until the subsequent 31st March following pitch transfer.
