The living space is open plan and includes the kitchen, dining area and living area. The kitchen is quite easily the best specification for a kitchen we have seen at the development. It is fitted with a very modern style range of wall and base units with integrated appliances including oven / hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. There is plenty of storage in the kitchen, more than others of a similar type, there is an addition breakfast bar and it looks fantastic.

The master bedroom is to the first floor, again off the main hallway and is a great sized room, neutrally decorated with bespoke laminate flooring. The room has a lot of storage from built in wardrobes and again is very light thanks to being on the south side of the complex. The master bedroom also has the benefit of an 'Jack & Jill' en-suite, a very stylish suite with shower, separate bath, toilet and two basins.

The second bedroom is another good sized double room, quite long and seems to have been used as a cinema room of sorts. With addition sound insulation and plug sockets.

Heating throughout is from modern electric radiators.

In all the apartment is in fantastic condition, looks great and has all of the things you would associate with high end apartments.
