BUSINESS
Our clients have owned and operated Willaspoons since November 2009 and are now offering the property to the market in order to retire. Alongside our clients, Willaspoons is operated by six part time staff members as a 100% wet-led community public house, renowned for its sports TV offering which includes both SKY and TNT channels. The premises is also well known for its number of teams such as darts, dominoes and local Sunday league football side. Willaspoons regularly hosts a variety of functions and events which include quizzes, bingo, karaoke, live music and celebratory occasions such as birthdays, christenings and the like.

The venue is also home to a local festival which is held annually in the pub's rear car park. This area also hosts major sporting events by way of outdoor televisions and is especially busy in the summer months. We are of the opinion that the business has potential to increase turnover by introducing a food offering, as well as extending the current opening hours to be in line with the late licence, making this property a choice establishment for late night drinkers.
