Knaresborough for those of you less familiar with the town is one of the most sought after locations to live in North Yorkshire. It has excellent schools, beautiful walks and easy connectivity for the commuters by rail and road. There are two large double bedrooms, we like how they have been spaced apart from one another giving privacy to each. They are both light, bright and with luxury new carpets. There is plenty of space for wardrobes and the bedroom to the rear of the property has new wardrobes built in. A lovely house bathroom with walk in shower and small tub serves the bedrooms.
There is then a large rear patio garden which can be conveniently accessed from the home. It has good storage units and as we say a large space ideal for the summer BBQ and entertaining and at the same time low maintenance.
There is plenty of parking on street at the front of the house.
