From Exeter City Centre proceed in an easterly direction along Pinhoe Road bearing left at the junction with Sainsburys. Follow the signs towards Broadclyst into Pinhoe. At the mini roundabouts turn right at the first one into Station Road. Go over the level crossing and take the third right into Hummingbird Close. Follow the road around and the property can be found in the right hand corner of the cul de sac.
