The third bedroom is a smaller size with fitted wardrobe and window to front. In addition, on this floor there is a fully shower room with corner shower area with shower seat with shower over and low level shower screen, WC and wash and basin. Steep stairs then rise again with door at the top of the stairs to an attic room with access to eaved storage and with a Velux window to rear (this space could potentially be converted into a fourth bedroom subject to any necessary regulations and permissions)
Outside:
There is hard standing for one vehicle at the front of the property. Immediately at the rear of the property is a paved courtyard style garden with raised flower bed and an outbuilding providing additional storage. From the courtyard a gate gives access to the left across the back to the adjoining properties to Clapps Lane. Steps also rise from her to the terraced garden which has a lawned area at the top with a shed.
