TENANCY INFORMATION

The property is available now for 6 month tenancy initially at a rent of £1,500pcm (exclusive of bills).

The property is held for use by a minister of religion to perform their duties so the landlord may need it back for occupation by a minster of religion after the first 6 months in which case the tenant would be given at least 2 months’ notice to vacate. This will apply even after the Renters Rights Act 2025 takes effect on 1st May 2026 due to Ground 5.
