Rowley close has been a lovely first home for our family and the perfect place for us to start our journey as homeowners. The space for us has been great & the large front room was a big selling point! Another bonus is being so close to everything. We are a short walk into the town centre, along with having supermarkets and train station just round the corner - it has been very convenient.

The refitted kitchen is a brilliant upgrade, and the living space feels far bigger than what you usually get with similar flats — which is exactly why the owners chose it. Being on the top floor gives it that extra sense of privacy, and with only 11 apartments in the block, it feels much more exclusive than most developments. Add in the great location near Lily Hill Park, and it’s a cracking option for anyone wanting a smart, tidy, low-maintenance home.
