We’ve loved living in this house and have made so many happy memories here. The open kitchen/ dining space is the centre of our home. We’ve hosted many parties here and spend most of our family time in this space, with the dining room doubling up as a playroom. In the summer, our sunny garden is a haven in which to hang out. The lovely apple tree providing privacy, shade and beauty, particularly when it’s in blossom. In the winter, it’s especially wonderful to relax in our cozy living room in front of the log burner. We hardly ever leave this glorious Easton bubble with its fabulous community feel. However, the cycle path is great for easy access into the city centre.

The home

This three bedroom Victorian home on Bloy Street in Easton, is perfect for first time buyers or anyone looking to live in this vibrant area of the city. There are two reception rooms, the living room at the front of the home has a large bay window and the middle reception room is perfect dining room leading on to the kitchen at the rear. Living in Easton

Bloy Street is a quiet terraced street offering a particularly tranquil spot within this vibrant residential area of the city. Easton is renowned for its distinctive character and community spirit, and boasts a host of local amenities, attractions and community events that draw many visitors from outside the area. The area is well connected to the city centre and beyond by bike, road and train. The M32 and the A431 to Bath are both easily accessible. The area is also home to a number of Bristol's finest independent shops and eateries, hugely popular with locals and visitors alike. Situated along St Marks Road are Bristol Sweet Mart, East Bristol Bakery, and The Garden of Easton. Also close by are No 12 Café, The Greenbank pub, Este Kitchen, Matter Wholefoods, and Public Market. This house is a nine-minute walk away from Whitehall Primary School which is consistently rated ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted, while May Park is a similarly well-regarded local option.
