5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It’s basically part of town, that’s how close it is to everything - nice shops, groceries, restaurants, etc! Excellent transport links - less than 5 mins walk from the bus station and 15 mins walk from the train station. The only reason I gave the value a 4* is due the the soundproofing which could be better for my flat which is right by a road so there’s a fair amount of traffic noise and maybe a bit more of a private patio would be nicer for full privacy and homely feel. Besides those bits, it’s great and I’d recommend!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Sofia and Ryan are prompt and really helpful in answering any of my questions and keen to get the job done to any requests. Even simple things like accommodating moving my personal post box to a height I can reach it which was really nice of them. Sofia was particularly fantastic as she initially showed me the property and supported me throughout the process.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Only WiFi works in my apartment, no O2 cell service, but I don’t mind that as my WiFi is great and it’s probably dependent on your phone provider. One point to really think about is where your flat is positioned. What you might not hear when viewing or bother you then, you may not be able to get to used to after, like the noises from traffic, lift and people speaking (outdoors and indoors just outside flat). However, I personally can deal with it because as soon as I shut any room door and I’m not in my hallway entrance, I can’t hear the indoor noises at all, just outdoor maybe. That’s the only point I have that I feel can be improved, and that’s very particular to my flat, this may be unlikely for most the flats in the building. Everything else is great!

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good range of shops and restaurants and really good accessibility, overall good living situation the main issue is visitor parking is not available at all and visitors have to pay for parking on the local streets and those spots are not always available.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Ryan and Sofia responded to my issue and it was sorted out within an hour or two, I had a few odd things that needed sorting and by the time I was home they were all done which is really helpful and appreciated.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The community is really nice and the accessibility to town as well as the gym. Everyone who works at the reception is always helpful and nice and welcoming. The courtyard and parking situation is a bit difficult sometimes, especially right now the neighbours keep the bigger bins out in the courtyard which is unhygienic and reduces the overall space in the courtyard. The lack of visitor parking can be difficult to deal with.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good location with great communication links, close by shopping centre, close to towns like Marlow with great riverside walks
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Always prompt repairs and maintenance, in the house cleaning
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Yearly rent increases, poorly designed heating and water heating systems

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It’s a very convenient and pleasant area to live in. There are plenty of local shops, restaurants, and open spaces nearby, so it’s easy to find everything you need. Transport links are reliable and well-connected, and I haven’t experienced any issues with noise, parking, or antisocial behaviour. Overall, it’s a great location with a comfortable neighbourhood feel.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
It was very quick and great! Highly recommended to all
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is just how well-managed and peaceful the development truly is. You don’t fully appreciate this during a viewing. The building team is extremely responsive, and the communal areas are always kept to a high standard. I would also say that getting familiar with the facilities early on is helpful, as everything is very convenient once you know where things are. Overall, it has been a very smooth and positive experience, and I’d happily recommend it to any new neighbour.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Right in the centre of town but it’s still really quiet. The location is ideal for running errands or getting the train to London.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They always respond and act really quickly when something is raised.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That I might not need a gym membership as they have an on- site gym.
