OUTSIDE

At the rear there is a pedestrian right of way across the back of the cottage to the end of the terrace. Beyond this is the long garden which has been sub-divided into three main zones. Nearest the house is a stepped gravel area perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, along with the outbuilding/workshop. Beyond this is a lawn and at the end of the garden is another gravel area with seating overlooking the fields.

SURROUNDING AREA
Seavington St. Mary is an attractive village with little passing traffic. In the adjacent village of Seavington St. Michael, there is a church and village inn and between the two villages is a recreational field with modern village hall and community run shop/cafe. South Petherton and the medieval market town of Ilminster are both approx. 3 miles away, offering an excellent range of amenities and access to the A303.
