Description
A note from the owners.
"This house has been a huge part of our lives. It was our first home, a renovation we poured our hearts into, and the place where we got married and welcomed our first child. Now, as we move closer to family, it’s time to say goodbye. We’ll deeply miss Brockley Market mornings, our wonderful neighbours on all sides, coffees and time on the swings at Hilly Fields, being close to four train stations, and evenings at our favourite pub, The Talbot. It's a really special place to live."

From the very first glance, this home commands attention. Gracefully set back from the pavement, framed by elegant cast-iron railings and restored tiled flooring, this beautifully maintained four-bedroom Victorian terrace immediately hints at the character and quality that lie within.

Step inside and the atmosphere is instantly captivating. Two bright and generous reception rooms unfold at the front of the house, bathed in natural light and grounded by solid wood parquet flooring. Bespoke, custom-built joinery adds both style and substance, while the option to install a log burner offers the enticing possibility of cosy winter evenings spent by the fire. These are rooms designed for both elegant entertaining and relaxed everyday living.
At the heart of the home, a brand-new kitchen awaits, a space that effortlessly blends charm and functionality. With built-in appliances and ample room for a dining table, it invites slow breakfasts, lively family meals and everything in between. Just beyond, a discreet utility area and a convenient downstairs WC add to the home’s practical appeal, ensuring modern life runs smoothly.
Throw open the bi-fold doors and the house flows seamlessly into the garden beyond a beautifully landscaped oasis that feels wonderfully private. Here, long summer evenings can be spent hosting barbecues, dining al fresco or simply unwinding with a glass of wine as the sun dips below the horizon. With new decking, fencing and low-maintenance artificial grass, it’s a space designed to be enjoyed.
Upstairs, four generously proportioned double bedrooms provide peaceful retreats, each enhanced by bespoke built-in wardrobes. The top floor offers an added touch of luxury with its own en-suite, along with extensive storage tucked neatly into the eaves. While the other main room offers a beautiful feature fireplace.
The main bathroom has been completely redone, with tiled pattern flooring, grey splash back tiles and shower over the main bath.
A cellar below adds yet more versatility, while throughout the home you’ll find cast-iron radiators, a brand-new boiler, newly repointed brickwork and a level of care and attention that is evident in every detail.
