The property we visit today is located in the heart of Giudecca, just a few steps from the Palanca stop. The building has been expertly renovated and is in excellent condition, decorated with high-level finishes and details that are evident within the property during our visit. We enter through the entrance shared with only one other unit, and reach the second floor. The living area, equipped with a comfortable south-facing terrace, impresses us with its enchanting views of the Giudecca canal overlooking the rafts and, to our right, the island of San Giorgio and the Bacino di San Marco. The views blend perfectly with the play of artificial lights and beams that give the environment an elegant and modern style. The aforementioned views can also be appreciated from the property's kitchen area, cleverly separated from the living area. Through the hallway, equipped with a convenient shelving unit, we access the sleeping area of the property composed of the master bedroom, equipped with a private bathroom with a splendid walk-in shower and laundry, and a second bedroom, used as a walk-in closet, equipped with a practical attic usable as a storage room. After viewing the second windowed bathroom with a bathtub, we climb the internal staircase and reach the top floor of our property where, through a comfortable space usable as a reading or study area, we access the second outdoor space, the property's crowning jewel, a magnificent altana where we can relax and enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view, reminding us once again why Venice is unique in the world. Given its size and high-quality finishes, the property lends itself to being used both as a primary residence and as a secondary representative home located in a context rich in services.
