We are very passionate estate agents and in particular are passionate about our customer service. We are dedicated to giving our customers a very good service when buying or selling a property. Our aim is to become the agent with a reputation of giving a First Class service at a very reasonable price. With no upfront fees to pay, no call centres and no do it yourself systems. We want to offer a stress free and smooth transaction when buying or selling a property with a friendly and approachable agent on hand to help at any time.

We recognised the way people interact with properties has evolved over the last 5 years and is still evolving. We saw a gap in the market for a more personal service from an estate agent who puts the customers at the heart of everything they do.

We have 16 years combined experience working for both high street and online agents and after researching what customer want and need from an estate agency we designed Lora Elizabeths around this. We want to offer customers a more personal service compared to the high street and online agents so we launched Lora Elizabeths which offers the traditional values that customers love but with a modern touch.
