Founding Director Simon Fisher first opened our doors in 2010, and are now proud to not only have 3 well-established offices across Torbay, but to also have been presented with multiple coveted awards, including 'GOLD South West Regional Estate Agency' at the prestigious Negotiator Awards. We're also incredibly proud and active supporters of our local charity, Rowcroft Hospice.

Our Paignton Sales branch is headed up by Director Mia Bycroft, who has extensive experience within South Devon estate agency market. Mia is assisted by our highly accomplished Torquay team, including Senior Property Consultant Rachael Twose, who has over 35 years' experience in Torbay & Teignbridge property sales. Selling your home is one of the biggest financial decisions you will ever have to make and choosing who to trust with this is key to a successful sale. Our vendors love our professional photography, bespoke brochures, 3D virtual tours and extensive social media marketing that we are able to offer, and buyers find them invaluable when selecting which properties to view.

We're also proud to have a highly-established lettings team, which is headed up by our Lettings Director Chelsey Earnshaw who won the coveted 'Best Property Manager Gold Award' at the Sunday Times Letting Agency of the Year Awards. Chelsey is ably-assisted by our experienced Lettings Manager Natalie Cook. A unique part of our lettings service is that you'll be assigned a designated property manager who will look after you and all aspects of the lettings process, including ensuring your compliance.
