Tigh Na Cuilc is a very well presented two-bedroom detached property set in a quiet location enjoying lovely open views to Loch Sandary. The property is decorated in neutral colours throughout and is fully double glazed with oil fired central heating.
Tigh Na Cuilc is approached via a concrete ramp and steps to a composite front door which opens to an entrance hall which includes two large under-stairs storage cupboards.
To the right is the kitchen, fitted with a good range of country-style units with granite-effect surfaces, a Welsh dresser and an additional corner unit providing further storage. Appliances include a washing machine, a Zanussi double oven and grill and a four-ring ceramic hob. A utility cupboard houses a refrigerator, small freezer, a tumble dryer and the central heating boiler. The kitchen has double-aspect windows to the front and side with south-facing views and there is ample space for a large dining table.
To the left of the hall is the shower room, fitted with a WC, wash-hand basin set within a vanity unit and a fully tiled corner shower cubicle with a mains shower.
Also to the left is the sitting room, which features dual-aspect south and west-facing windows overlooking the loch, and a central wood-burning stove set on a slate hearth.
Stairs lead to the first floor, where there are two double bedrooms. Bedroom one has dual-aspect windows to the front and side with far-reaching views over the loch and surrounding countryside. Bedroom two has a front-facing window with rural views.
The first floor also includes a bathroom with WC, wash-hand basin set in a high gloss vanity unit, and a fully tiled bath with mains shower over.
