We have loved living in this special family home for 19 years, we started as first time buyers to now having a little family. We were first drawn to the house due to the good size of the property and space it provided which we knew would take us through the stages of life. The surrounding areas like South Hill park, local shops, fields, parks and a variety of schools within a close distance. The space in the house is so versatile, allowing us to host many children’s parties and family get togethers over the years. We really are so sad to say goodbye to our lovely home but are excited for it to become a wonderful home for another family.

Pembroke is a popular spot in Bracknell, surrounded by greenery and well placed for everyday convenience. There are good local primary schools nearby, a handy Co-op for day-to-day shopping, and Swinley Forest just a short distance away for walks and outdoor time. Bracknell town centre is easily accessible, making this a location that works really well for young families.

We really like how practical this house is. Having parking right in front of the garage is a big plus and not something you always get with homes like this. The kitchen/diner is a great size and works well day to day, and the separate utility area is one of those features you don’t realise you need until you have it. It’s a tidy, well thought out home that suits first-time buyers perfectly.
