We are delighted to present this beautiful house, recently renovated for you to use and enjoy life in the historic center of one of the most charming towns on the Costa del Sol, Estepona.

In the renovation of the house, straight lines and white colors have prevailed, accompanied by solid wood windows, with double glazing, which generates an elegant and at the same time cozy feeling. Having taken care of the smallest detail, as we can see in the lighting and the toilets in the bathrooms.

The entire plumbing and electrical system is completely new, all rooms in the house have hot/cold air conditioning and top brand appliances, with underfloor heating in the bathrooms.

This magnificent house is located on San Cayetano Street, one of the most traditional areas of the old town, allowing us to live in a quiet and peaceful area, but at the same time, 1 minute from Real Street and Caridad Street, where you can enjoy multiple terraces, where you can taste splendid dishes and enjoy an extensive wine list. All this, added to the fact that we are located just 2 minutes from the promenade and the beautiful beach of Estepona, from which we can see the majestic Rock of Gibraltar and on clear days the African coast.

This beautiful house is distributed over 3 levels, ground floor, first floor and attic/solarium.

The ground floor welcomes us with a large open space, where the elegant kitchen is located and we can create a warm living room space. Next we have a guest toilet and if we continue, we find a multipurpose room, with an elegant en-suite bathroom, dressing area and a small patio with a mini-pool, where we can cool off on hot summer days.

We ascend to the first floor and find two more bedrooms, one of them single and another of them double, with a small and sunny terrace, both bedrooms with their en-suite bathrooms.

And on the last level of the house, a terrace with more than 30 m², where you can enjoy fantastic evenings, with family and friends, under the stars and bathed in the Mediterranean breeze, given its proximity and which we can partially see. Next to this terrace, we have the laundry area, with a small kitchen.
