The rooms are priced between £1,250 to £1,650 pcm for single occupancy, with all bills included. Please note the rent for couples for the top floor room is £1,900 per month.

* Layout of the house *
The house is c 130 sqm, and has a share kitchen/diner, a small patio garden, shared WC on the ground floor, and five ensuite double bedrooms.

Four of the double bedrooms are for single occupancy only, and the fifth top floor bedroom can be available for couples.

The fifth bedroom also has a kitchentte in the room: it is approximately 30 square metres, and occupies the entire third floor.

* Location *
The house is in a modern private gated development, and is superbly located. Kensal Green, Kensal Rise, and Ladbroke Grove are all within short walking distance, and there is a large Sainsbury's a few minutes walk away. Chamberlayne Road is full of amenities, and is increasingly popular with young professionals and families.

* Set up *
Once the house is occupied, we will arrange for weekly cleaning of the share areas of the house. The cost of this will already be included in the rent. We do not work with agents, so any maintenance issues can be reported directly to the owners, and promptly dealt with.

Vodafone broadband has also been set up, and signal boosters will be installed to ensure good connectivity throughout the house.

Furniture-wise, we will work with you to identify what pieces of furniture you'd like. We usually provide beds and mattresses, desks, chairs and wardrobes, and would be very happy for you to bring your own.

The photos in the ad are still work-in-progress. Viewings to take place by arrangement. Generally, the best times are weekdays between 11am and 3pm, and Saturday afternoons at around 2.30pm.
