About Blenheim Estate Homes
Our new development, known as Hill Rise, on the edge of Woodstock received planning permission in 2023 (Planning Appeal Ref. APP/D3125/W/23/3315391).
The development will deliver 180 new homes (a mix of 2, 3 & 4-bedroom homes) including affordable homes and associated infrastructure including a wide range of open spaces such as allotments and an upgraded play area.
Building of behalf of Blenheim Estate Homes, Pye Homes commenced development on phase 1 of site in early 2025.
