Description

“I have so many happy memories living here. The area is fantastic, and having such a large garden has been a real joy over the years. I thoroughly enjoyed renovating the house, especially adding the garden room, which had been on my to-do list for a long time. Once the work was finished, it was wonderful to spend more time in Bristol and see just how much the city has changed.”

The home

This three-bedroom semi-detached home has been carefully updated throughout and is ready to move straight into. The furnishings can be included in the sale and the home has no chain. The layout works well, with two doors at the front and rear of the home connecting the kitchen and living space. The home features a newly fitted kitchen that includes integrated appliances and opens into a practical kitchen/dining space that’s great for family meals or entertaining friends. The living room feels warm and comfortable with an exposed brick chimney and storage built into the alcoves. All three bedrooms are a good size and can comfortably fit a double bed. The main bedroom has its own en-suite, alongside a second bathroom for the rest of the house. The property has had a new central heating system, updated electrics, and acoustic windows have been installed meaning no road noise inside. On top of this the house has been redecorated throughout.

Outside space

Outside there’s off-street parking, a large decking area and a south-facing garden that gets plenty of sun. At the bottom of the garden is a newly built outhouse with electricity, heating and broadband connection making it an ideal studio or home office to work quietly away from the house.
