From the lounge an arch opens into the corridor, which gives access to the three bedrooms and bathrooms.  The master bedroom is a very spacious, light room with air conditioning and a ceiling fan and an ensuite shower room.  The second bedroom is a good-sized double with a ceiling fan and the third is a smaller double bedroom, currently set up as a single and dressing room.  The family shower room completes the accommodation.

To the rear of the villa and accessed from the dining room is a screened-in seating area which runs the length of the villa and around the corner to a shady covered area.  Access from here is to either end of the garden.  To the left of the villa is the swimming pool, a tiled 8 x 4 oval pool, recently refurbished it is surrounded by a tiled patio area (photos to follow due to ongoing refurbishment), ideal for sunbathing and relaxing. At the other end of the villa is the orchard area, with plenty of space to add further trees and plants if you are a keen gardener.
