21 Bro’r Dderwen is a substantial detached family home, located in the popular village of Clunderwen, just three miles from the thriving town of Narberth, voted the “Best Place to Live in Wales” in 2020. The property benefits from excellent rail and road links across Pembrokeshire and beyond.
Completed in 2005, this well-presented home has never been sold since new, with the current owners describing it as “the perfect family home”. Offering generous and versatile accommodation throughout, the property includes five bedrooms, three reception rooms and a safe, enclosed rear garden, making it ideal for modern family living.
The accommodation briefly comprises a spacious entrance hallway, a cosy dining room or snug, a large lounge diner with French doors opening onto the rear garden, and a separate study, ideal for those working from home. The breakfast kitchen is well equipped and is complemented by a separate utility room and downstairs WC. There is also direct internal access to the integral garage.
To the first floor are five well-proportioned bedrooms, including a principal bedroom with en-suite shower room and views towards the Preseli Mountains. A family bathroom serves the remaining bedrooms, and the landing provides access to a large loft space via a drop-down ladder, offering excellent additional storage.
Externally, the property enjoys ample off-road parking, with space for up to four vehicles on the gravel driveway, leading to the garage. The enclosed rear garden features a large decked seating area, lawn, and a separate area for sheds and the oil tank. A particular highlight is the gated rear access directly into Clunderwen Community Park, which offers a wide range of child friendly activities including a playground, football pitch, bike pump track, tennis courts and pavilion.
Clunderwen benefits from an active and welcoming community, with events such as the annual carnival and fun day held in the park, which also hosts the popular “Hayle & Hearty” food hut. The village is ideally placed close to the Preseli Mountains, and like much of Pembrokeshire, is within a 30-minute drive of a variety of stunning beaches.
Viewing is highly recommended to fully appreciate the space, setting and community this family home has to offer.

Owners’ Thoughts
“Since we moved here in 2006, shortly after the house was completed, it‘s been the perfect family home for us. We’ve raised two boys here, and the safety of the rear garden was ideal for them and our dog. Having the park directly behind us meant we couldn’t have chosen a better place to bring up our family.
The community is wonderful, with neighbours always checking in and a local online group where everyone stays connected. The annual carnival and fun day is a real highlight, made even more special by being accessed through our back garden. With Narberth only a five minute drive away, we can honestly say this is a fantastic place to live, and we hope the next owners will be just as happy here as we have been
