On the top floor are three lovely bedrooms with different views. One of them has an ensuite shower and WC, the other 2 share a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. All of the bedrooms can be configured as twin or supering which makes for great flexibility when renting . It is already managed by a trusted property management company in resort . ( there is no obligation to stick to this arrangement but they have a good repeat client base )
The downstairs area is laid out as a relaxing games room , with an additional bedroom which can be twins or supering, this has a large owners store which could be converted to a shower room. There is also a cabin or snug ( no window )room but it has a double bed and a bunk so perfect for kids . the door can be left open for natural light from the games room . You could even have a sofa bed down there and make a separate kids area . There is a shared shower room .
The downstairs leads out to a terrace which has afternoon sun and a little BBQ area which is delightful in spring and summer.
