A TV is provided. Parquet (merbeau). In the bathroom, a walk-in shower with LED lighting. A sink. Teak furniture. Suspended toilets.
In the second accommodation, we enter through a magnificent teak entrance hall. With an Afrormosia parquet floor. There is automatic lighting throughout the hallway. LED lighting.
2nd Accommodation : In the open kitchen there is a microwave, an electric oven, an induction cooker with 5 plates. A hood. A dishwasher. A double stainless steel sink. A fridge and freezer. Large Corian work surface. XXL heat-resistant roof window that closes automatically when it rains. Parquet floor. In the living room, there is a large video projector built into the ceiling and a huge TV screen. With a great surround system, you'll feel like you're in the movies! Panoramic windows ensure that you get good daylight. There is LED lighting and parquet flooring in the living room.
The rooms: Each room is decorated with solid materials and taste. Lots of storage space, nice big beds with good mattresses and pillows. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bathrooms are very refined and tastefully decorated. There are all the luxuries. Walk-in showers with double shower and integrated LED lighting. Illuminated teak furniture and cupboards. The rooms are equipped with sliding doors to save space. The master bedroom has a separate toilet and dressing room.
The guest bedroom has a private bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower and a sink. In the bedroom there is a television, a storage cupboard, a desk.
At the end of the hallway we find a third bedroom/office. There is also plenty of teak storage space. A desk, many cupboards with built-in mirrors and a magnificent parquet floor. This room does not have a private bathroom.
On the 100 m2 terrace, finished with a magnificent wooden floor, there is a pergola with a table and chairs for 8 people. As well as a jacuzzi for 7p. LED lighting is provided and blue mood lighting for the evening. The pergola has a sensor that automatically closes it when it starts to rain.
There is a crane of up to 1.5 tons with which a car can be placed on the boat.
Technical room:
Completely new electrical installation. One for the living room and one for the plumbing. Hot water boilers: 2 of 500 liters: One for the sanitary installations and one for the heating system.
