Great options/amenities in the complex, including restaurants cafe, gym, pool ect. Also in the middle of Manchester so lots of brilliant cafes and bars and restaurants a stones throw from the Apartment.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Whenever I need anything from help with Wi-Fi to maintenance repairs, they are sorted quickly with minimal disruption. Communication is easy and management are very attentive, particularly Beth who has helped me adress Wi-Fi issues and a lost package.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Great study areas as I am a student. Perfect working atmosphere.

They responded straight away and very professional

A lot of facilities to use, you will never get bored, great transport links and restaurants

The restaurant and shop facilities are conveniently located within walking distance of the city centre. Plenty of parking inside and outside of the building and tram and train station around the corner.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management have responded well whenever I’ve raised any issues. Beth, Helena and Josh are always approachable and have always been great with dealing with things in a timely and straightforward way. Communication is clear and you’re kept updated where needed. Mat from maintenance has also been reliable, sorting things efficiently and without any fuss. Overall, any problems I’ve mentioned have been handled properly and promptly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing you don’t always see on a viewing is how smoothly the building runs day to day. Management are approachable and issues are handled properly when raised, which makes living here straightforward and hassle free. Overall, it feels organised and well managed once you’re actually living here.

When we moved in during July 2025 the restaurants and shops were good and varied but since a lot have closed and not been replaced, a lot of very loud cars driving around all night have led to poor sleep and the loading bays have been hard to access for unloading into the flat due to people parking in them all night

Concierge has been good, maintenance has been good but everything else has been a little poor

Everything has closed around the square since we moved in so it’s not great. Traffic noise is awful and nothing is done about the fast drivers around the streets.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Everything has been fixed really fast and without and issue

I wish I’d known how little value for money it is to live here. Very expensive for a whole lot of nothing.
