Description
An exciting opportunity to acquire two adjoining residential properties, a two bedroom and a three bedroom house, offered for sale as one and requiring complete renovation and landscaping throughout.
Set within the popular village of Landrake, this substantial project offers enormous potential for developers, investors or buyers seeking a bespoke home. Subject to the necessary consents, the properties could be combined into a single, larger dwelling, or retained as two separate homes.
To the rear elevation, the properties benefit from a generous garden area approximately 0.11 acres, offering significant scope for reconfiguration and landscaping, with the potential to create one larger, unified garden serving a combined property.
The location provides a balance of rural village life with convenient access to nearby towns, transport links and the South East Cornwall coastline, making this a highly desirable long-term proposition.
