Description

Set within a modern development just moments from the city, this beautifully styled home delivers generous proportions, impressive design choices and a layout that feels both practical and considered. Spread across multiple levels, the accommodation offers a sense of separation and privacy rarely found this close to Glasgow city centre.

Five things our current owners love about their home:

1. It`s so close to town here. Only a few minutes walk to the train station (Dalmarnock) then it`s only 8 minutes into the city centre on the train. Also really quick and easy to get trains to the West End.

2. The neighbours are all really lovely. There`s a group chat with everyone in our development in it.

3. Bills are quite cheap as it`s district heating! The house is also fairly warm, especially the top floor.

4. We love the master bedroom on the top floor. It`s really light and spacious and it`s nice having the full floor to ourselves if we have guests over to stay. It`ll probably be the room we`ll miss most.

5. Being so close to Glasgow Green. It`s the perfect walk with the dog or if it`s a sunny day. Also so many nice cafes around there to get a coffee from.

The lounge immediately sets the tone, offering a spacious and carefully styled setting that feels both comfortable and refined. Contemporary flooring, a calm colour palette and considered lighting create a polished look, while the proportions allow for larger seating without overwhelming the room. The layout lends itself equally well to relaxed evenings or hosting, with a natural flow that keeps the space feeling open and inviting.

A real highlight is the kitchen, finished with modern units, sleek worktops and clean lines that give the space a contemporary edge. Storage has been well thought out, keeping the space practical without compromising on style and the dining area provides a defined yet connected space for meals and entertaining. Its position allows it to feel sociable while still holding its own identity, with plenty of room for a full dining table and statement lighting to enhance the overall look
Patio doors open directly onto the rear garden, extending the living space outdoors and adding another layer of flexibility to the layout.

As you move through the upper levels, the sense of space continues. Bedrooms are well proportioned and thoughtfully presented, offering versatility for family living, guests or home working. Neutral finishes keep each room feeling cohesive while still allowing scope for personal touches. Occupying the entire top floor, the main bedroom is a standout feature of the home. This space feels wonderfully private and indulgent, with excellent ceiling height, natural light and a layout that allows the room to breathe. There is ample space for larger furniture and additional storage, creating a true retreat that feels separate from the rest of the house, ideal for guests staying over or simply enjoying a quieter floor of your own.

Bathrooms and WC spaces are finished to a high standard, with modern fittings, clean tiling and layouts that feel both stylish and functional for everyday use.

Outside, the rear garden offers a low maintenance outdoor space that is easy to enjoy, with room for seating and social use without demanding excessive upkeep.

The location completes the picture. Dalmarnock Train Station is just a short walk away, offering quick access into Glasgow city centre in around eight minutes, as well as easy connections towards the West End. Glasgow Green sits nearby, ideal for dog walks, fresh air and sunny days, with a great choice of local cafes close at hand. The development benefits from a strong sense of community, with friendly neighbours and an active residents group chat. District heating helps keep running costs low and contributes to the home`s consistent warmth, particularly on the upper floor.
