This has been a really happy family home for us and a place that’s worked well for everyday life. The kitchen and dining space is generous and easy to live in, whether it’s for family meals, having friends over, or keeping an eye on everything going on. The utility room has been a huge help, especially with dogs, as it keeps laundry and muddy paws out of the main living space. All of the bedrooms are impressively spacious, and having a separate study has been ideal for working from home. The neighbourhood is genuinely friendly, with a great sense of community and a residents’ WhatsApp group. Being on a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic makes it feel calm and safe. There are two small parks close by that are great for dogs or children, as well as lots of open green space nearby for longer walks and outdoor time. It’s also a lovely bonus being able to walk to the Shinfield Arms. We’ll be very sad to leave and hope the next owners enjoy living here as much as we have.
