Outdoor Space
Villa's outdoor space is arranged over two levels. Large sliding glass doors from the living and kitchen area open onto the upper terrace, where a 8 m × 4 m infinity pool takes centre stage, offering attractive sea views. Surrounding the pool are six sun loungers with parasols, a cushioned sofa seating area, and a shaded al fresco dining space that includes a large dining table seating eight and a BBQ. An outdoor shower is located beside the pool for convenience, along with a table tennis table for your entertainment.

Steps lead down to the lower terrace, which features two additional sun loungers and a double daybed, providing another spot to relax and enjoy the sea views.

Ground Floor
The spacious open-plan living area combines the kitchen, dining, and lounge spaces seamlessly. The lounge is furnished with large sofas and a coffee table facing a flat-screen TV. Adjacent to this is a dining area with a table for six, alongside a well-appointed kitchen featuring modern appliances.

Expansive sliding glass doors extend across the space, opening onto the terrace and offering clear views of the sea and infinity pool. A guest WC is also conveniently located on this level.

The ground floor also features the first double bedroom, complete with a dressing table, wardrobe, and an en suite shower room. Sliding glass doors from the bedroom open onto a private sitting area.

First Floor
The first floor features two bedrooms. The larger bedroom includes a double bed, a separate dressing area, a spacious wardrobe, and floor-to-ceiling windows framing impressive views over Kalkan Bay. The en suite bathroom includes a private jacuzzi bath positioned by a large window with sea views. This bedroom also has access to a private balcony furnished with seating and a small table.

The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds and a dressing table, and also benefits from floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the bay. It has a wardrobe, an en suite bathroom, and its own private balcony with seating.

Second Floor
A staircase leads to the master suite, which features floor-to-ceiling windows with extensive views of Kalkan and Kalamar Bay in the distance. The suite includes a double bed, a wardrobe, and a dressing table. The en suite bathroom, finished with marble walls and equipped with a large walk-in shower, also benefits from sea views.

Outside the master suite is a spacious terrace with comfortable seating and two sun loungers, offering a private space to relax away from the pool. The terrace also includes a jacuzzi for guests to unwind while admiring the sea views.
