Description

"The view is really special to us, whether sitting in the garden with a glass of wine watching the light change or watching the hot air balloons float by (as they do throughout the summer). Of course balloon fiesta is great watching the mass assents from the garden or New Year's when we have one of the best seats in Bristol for the sky full of fireworks for 10 magical minutes. We love how quick it is to walk into Bristol, under 30 to Temple Meads via Wells Road or a relaxed walk along the river."

The home

A well-presented three-bedroom home with a large open plan lounge / dining space. This house is located on a quiet road and is end of terrace benefitting from side access and a private driveway with space for two cars. Inside there is a contemporary kitchen at the front of the home, a downstairs toilet and a large living space with velux windows helping to create a bright space and the bi-folding doors allow for a seamless flow to the garden. Another special feature of this home is the city view from both the downstairs and upstairs space, the home is situated in an elevated position meaning you get a lovely view across to Brislington. The overall condition of the home is very good with the house being built in 2017 and the contemporary finish continues upstairs with three bedrooms and the bathroom suite, the master bedroom is at the rear and gets the best views in the house!

The outside

At the rear there is an initial patio seating area followed by a grass lawn and planters for flowers, to the side the patio continues as well as a gate which leads out to the road and off street parking. Finally there is a grass front lawn.

Living in Brislington

The Crest is situated near the edge of Arnos Vale Park, in a popular pocket of houses between Wells Road and Bath Road, combining green spaces with excellent transport links. However, Arnos Vale isn’t the only green space nearby - Redcatch Park and Community Garden, Perrett’s Park, and the expansive Callington Road Nature Reserve provide fantastic open spaces for the summer. The area also offers a wealth of amenities on its doorstep, with Sandy Park Road just 10-minute walk away, offering The Deli @ Sandy Park, Grounded, and Sandy Park Greengrocers and a 3 minute walk from the Crescent Lawn Tennis Club, a two-court tennis club tucked amongst the houses at the top end of Brislington. Meanwhile Wells Road and its increasing number of popular bars, cafés, and restaurants is 10 minutes walk away. The Knowle Pub, located just a few streets away, is a favourite local spot, perfect for a Sunday lunch or a drink in the garden. The area is well connected to Bristol City Centre, which is approximately a 30-minute walk away or easily reached by bike or bus along Wells Road.
