INVITING OFFERS BETWEEN £190,000 - £210,000
Set along Westminster Road in the popular area of Broughton, this three-bedroom semi-detached home offers an excellent opportunity for families and buyers looking to put their own stamp on a property, while benefiting from a highly convenient location.
The accommodation is well laid out, with a generous living room forming the main reception space. Filled with natural light, this room works well for both everyday living and entertaining, with French doors opening out to the rear garden and creating a strong connection with the outside space. A ground-floor WC adds useful practicality.
The country-style kitchen features a characterful Belfast sink and offers a functional cooking space, ideal for those who enjoy preparing meals without the need for a dining area within the kitchen itself. This allows the ground floor to feel uncluttered and purposeful.
Upstairs, three well-proportioned bedrooms provide flexible accommodation, suitable for families, home working or guest space, all served by a family bathroom.
Externally, the rear garden is mainly laid to lawn, offering a pleasant outdoor space with scope for further landscaping if desired. To the front, a driveway provides off-road parking for several vehicles, a real advantage in this location.
One of the standout features of this home is its proximity to Chester. The historic city is just a short drive away and offers an outstanding lifestyle balance — from its Roman walls and river walks to a wide selection of independent shops, restaurants, cafés and cultural attractions. Chester’s mainline railway station provides excellent links to Liverpool, Manchester and London, making it particularly appealing for commuters. Broughton Retail Park, local shops and schools are also close at hand, ensuring day-to-day convenience is well catered for.
A well-located home with plenty of potential, ideally positioned for access to Chester and surrounding amenities.
