Description

Seller's View

We’ve absolutely loved living here at Beechnut Drive. The location has been a huge highlight for us, it’s tucked away in a really quiet spot with friendly neighbours all around, which makes for a lovely community feel.

It’s only a short walk to the local shops and the train station, which has made everyday life really convenient. We’ve also enjoyed being so close to the M3, making commuting and weekends away super easy.

There are some great walks nearby too, especially around the lakes, a real bonus for getting outside and enjoying the green space.

Over the years, we’ve put a lot of care into improving the overall finish of the house. It’s been a really happy home for us, and we hope the next owners love it just as much as we have.

Chris’s Comments

This home really stands out as a fantastic first-time buy. It’s been well looked after, modern throughout, and offers more space than you might expect. One of the big underrated positives is the entrance hall extension, it gives you that bit of breathing room before stepping into the main living space, which makes the layout feel more balanced and welcoming.

The lounge diner is a great size, easily big enough for a large corner sofa and a proper dining area without feeling cramped. The kitchen has plenty of cabinet storage, good worktop space, and room for a full-size fridge freezer, ideal for everyday family living. The separate study downstairs is a great bonus too, whether it’s used for working from home, a hobby room or even a kids' zone.

Upstairs, all three bedrooms feel generous, including the single which is a decent size. The bathroom has been refitted to a modern standard and the house overall has that “move straight in” feel.

Outside, you’ve got a spacious rear garden, side access, driveway parking for multiple cars and a garage for storage or even future use as a workshop or home gym.

It’s in a really convenient spot too, walking distance to Tesco Express, Snap Fitness, popular local schools and great transport links from Blackwater and Sandhurst stations. For anyone looking to get onto the ladder without a long list of jobs to do, this is a brilliant opportunity.

Area View – Blackwater

Blackwater is a fantastic location for anyone looking for a well-connected place to live with a real sense of community. Sitting on the edge of Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey, it offers great access for commuters, with both Blackwater and Sandhurst train stations nearby, providing direct links to Reading, Guildford and Gatwick.

The local area is really well served for everyday essentials. You’ve got a Tesco Express, Snap Fitness gym, coffee shops, pubs and takeaways all within walking distance. For families, the schooling options are a real draw. The property sits within catchment for Frogmore Infant and Junior Schools, and Frogmore Community College, all of which are well regarded locally.

You’re also perfectly placed for getting outdoors. Whether it’s a weekend walk through Hawley Woods, a run across Yateley Common, or a peaceful stroll along the Blackwater Valley path, there’s plenty of green space right on your doorstep.

Road access is another big plus, with quick links to the M3 and A30 for anyone commuting by car. Blackwater is a great all-rounder, connected, convenient and a lovely place to settle. It's no surprise homes here tend to get snapped up quickly.
