Wisteria Drive can be found in the very popular area of Lower Darwen which is a small village in the unitary borough of Blackburn with Darwen, contiguous with the town of Darwen, where you'll find all of your every day needs to hand.
As we pull up outside, number 14 is the house on the left of the three as you look at it. There is off road parking for at least three vehicles in front of the house, although I don't think you'll struggle to find parking close by if you're having more than a few friends over.
A large bush sits at the tip of your boundary as well as a few other shrubs, that help keep your home that little bit more secluded. A wooden fence sets the boundary and a gate opens to lead you to the rear garden.
To the front of the house is an entrance porch, an ideal place to store wet shoes and coats.
A door on the left opens to the very handy cloakroom. This is something that every home needs, but doesn't necessarily have....and once you've had one, you'll never be without again. In here we have the obligatory toilet, pedestal wash hand basin and a radiator to keep your towels nice and warm. A frosted window allows ample light in and keeps prying eyes out.....although it's not that kind of area, before you ask!
The final door in this large entrance porch opens into the spacious lounge.
An open staircase leads to the first floor and sits directly in front of us as we enter the room. A large window offers views over the front aspect, while an electric fireplace sits centrally on the wall offering a real flame effect ambient glow, for those romantic cosy nights in front of the telly. There is plenty of room in here for some large sofas as well as other independent pieces of furniture.

This is a kitchen where you can actually sit and eat your food, drink your tea or coffee, at the well positioned breakfast bar. It's perfect for some casual dining, with a set of patio doors next to it that lead into the conservatory, but more of that in a minute.

Moving back through the lounge and up the stairs, we come to the landing, with doors leading to the rest of the accommodation. A window at the head of the stairs keeps the landing nice and bright.
The first door opens to the family bathroom. This has been fitted with a contemporary modern suite that comprises of a pedestal wash hand basin with fitted storage unit below, a toilet and then a fitted rainforest shower head with a separate hand held shower attachment for those hard to reach places. A heated chrome towel rail is there to help keep your towels nice and toasty, with a frosted window to let natural light in.
Next, we come to what is currently being used as the second bedroom. A wood effect floor welcomes us in, and plays host to a large double bed as well as other free-standing items of furniture. A window offers views over the rear garden and also provides a vantage point for the night sky and star gazing.
The main bedroom sits next along the landing, and as you enter the room there's a large storage cupboard. Again, you can fit a large doble bed in this room as well as other free standing items of bedroom furniture. The large window looks out over the front aspect and lets the natural light flow in.
The final bedroom that we come to is the third bedroom. This is larger than your average third bedroom, comfortably taking a single bed as well as storage units, with a window also looking out over the front garden.
The rear garden is made up mostly of lawn, with a patio that runs from the rear to the side and then all the way to the front garden. A wooden fence separates you from next door, and a large brick wall borders the rest of your garden. This is a little slice of heaven for you to sit quietly and relax after a hard day at work or with friends and family to enjoy a summer BBQ.
A wooden building provides more room for entertainment outside, although this may not be included in the final sale, but it shows you can quite comfortably fit something in here if required.
