We bought our house at the beginning of 2023.

We loved the location of the house, only minutes to the village centre and the waterfront. The vicinity to the Staithe was a big draw for us as we had lived on a lake previously.

We liked the proportions of the house. All of the rooms are light and spacious.

The fact that we would be next to a wood was also a big draw. This is a wonderful thing to look out over.
