5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Overall, it’s a really pleasant place to live and we’re genuinely happy here. The local area is convenient, with a good mix of everyday shops, plenty of restaurants and bars, and open spaces nearby when you want to get outside. Transport links are easy to access and getting around is straightforward (it can be busier at peak times, but that’s to be expected)The best part of living here, though, is the staff on the front desk. Everyone is helpful, welcoming, and always smiling — it genuinely makes you feel at home the moment you walk in. The only real downside is that our apartment is quite dark because we’re on a lower floor, and the light across the street can be a little annoying at night, but that’s specific to our position and not something the development can really change. On the plus side, the fitted equipment is excellent: the fridge, stove/oven and washing machine are all high quality and work really well.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has been great. We had a few issues when we first moved in and they responded quickly, kept us updated, and resolved everything smoothly. The team was friendly and helpful throughout.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We did not knew anything about the building, but viewing made a very good impression that is why we decided to move in.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Really good location, loads of stuff happening and new places opening on the regular. No parking available for residents but the on street parking is good for the majority of the time.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Issues raised on the Sunday, looked at before 10am the following day. Other issues were raised whilst they were here and they were fixed on the spot.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There isn’t anything in particular that I can think of.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The amount and range of nearby shops/restaurants are amazing. We never have to walk longer than 3 minutes to go anywhere. The train connections are brilliant and one of the main reasons we live here. The street is reasonably safe but does frequent the odd bad character. Driving around the area can also be confusing.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We have raised one issue that wasn’t addressed but that is all, we did not push on it in all fairness as the issue seemed to resolve itself.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Getting to the building for short one stop trips or drop offs can be a pain and a bit confusing at first, but this very trivial.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good area with lots of shops and cafes close by and very close to the train station and buses. Unfortunately parking is very limited and the lights outside the building often don’t work, which makes it difficult when walking outside in the dark.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They always get in touch promptly and arrange a solution
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The appliances (heating, oven, etc) didn’t come with any manuals or instructions so it was a struggle to set the heating on timers and work things. It would have been good to know how all those things worked upon moving in

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living at Gramercy Tower has been really convenient for day-to-day life because everything in Cardiff city centre is within walking distance. There are plenty of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars nearby, so I rarely need to travel far. I like being close to Bute Park when I want some green space or a quieter walk. Transport links are great, with Cardiff Central station and regular buses close by, which makes commuting easy. Because it’s a central area, it can get busy and there is sometimes traffic or nightlife noise, especially in the evenings. Parking can also be limited, but bin collections are regular and overall the area feels lively and well connected.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We’ve had a positive experience with the maintenance team. Whenever an issue has come up, they’ve responded quickly, communicated clearly, and resolved problems effectively. Repairs have been completed to a good standard and with minimal disruption, which has made living here feel stress-free, well supported, and well looked after overall.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I don’t think there is anything I wish I had known before I moved here, even if there are problems or issues with the building, the Gramercy Team goes above and beyond to fix it and make sure we’ve got everything we need.
