    We were alittle apprehensive about moving away from the coast to hailsham, but wow we are so glad we did. Free parking, easy access to shops and doctors. Hailsham could do with a few more shops, but thats said of all towns now. Brilliant bakery, and boutique shop and the crown serves excellent breakfast if you ever fancy it!

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Leaf living app, is easy to use if you need things fixed or help with heating apps etc.

    The keyless door took a little getting used to. But now, its easy!

    We have not investigated fully the local area but on first look the shopping facilities are more than ample.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Yes, the building management helped us with our issue with the front door, first we had a phone call to try to talk us through the issue and further to that someone came out to fix the issue. It is still ongoing but we had a holiday booked for 3 weeks so we have the next appointment when we return to sort out the issue. No other issues reported at this stage.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I can't think of anything that I wish I had known, Ryan Lind, the agent who showed us the property was particularly helpful and completely understood what we were looking for.

    Lovely area, we have only just moved in and we already feel at home. I couldn’t gave asked for a better house.

    Yes they have any issue we have they have been very quick to resolve them.

    Nothing, I was informed about everything before I moved in.

    Driving around the area we have realised we have everything we need and it is so close to us so we never have to travel far.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    We didn’t have wifi when we moved in but was told is has be put down as an emergency so they are coming as quick as they can’t to sort it.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    We wish we new how amazing it was going to be before we all are so happy with the house.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    The local shops and restaurants are all very close by and provide a wide range of services, we are within a 5 minute walk of an Asda and a Tesco with many takeaway places too. Transport links are good with a 15 minute drive from Uckfield station and Hailsham station even closer. Our street is clean and has good curb appeal. There is almost no noise around our area and everyone is kind and friendly.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    We haven’t had any issues to report but have been impressed with the quality of everything so far.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Some more information on who can provide water,gas and electricity for the property would be useful especially for first time renters who don’t know how that process works.
