Description

Owners Comments…
Camborne Close has been my home for the past fourteen years, and it has brought me great happiness for many reasons. Its highly convenient location offers easy access to shops, restaurants, and leisure facilities within walking distance, as well as excellent motorway links that have been ideal for my work commitments.

During my time here, I have invested considerable care and attention into renovating the property throughout, thoughtfully enhancing it and introducing subtle Mediterranean influences that reflect my heritage. The result is a warm, welcoming home with character and charm.

Situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac, the neighbourhood is quiet and friendly. Over the years, my neighbours have become close friends, and they will be greatly missed.

Now retired, and for personal reasons, I plan to spend much of my time in Sardinia, where I am originally from. As a result, this much-loved home is now available for sale.

I sincerely hope that the new owners will enjoy living here as much as I have and create many happy memories of their own.
Dan & Neil Estate Agents’ comments…

Looking for something a little bit special? This immaculate three bedroom semi-detached townhouse could be exactly what you’ve been waiting for. From the moment you step inside, the quality is sublime. With oak doors and hardwood flooring throughout, every detail feels considered and beautifully finished.

The ground floor offers a welcoming entrance hall, handy cloakroom, kitchen and a bright lounge/diner stretching from front to back which is perfect for everyday living and entertaining alike. Up on the middle floor you’ll find two generous double bedrooms and a newly fitted bathroom positioned between them, fresh, modern and ready to go.

But the real showstopper? The top floor suite. This impressive bedroom feels like your own private retreat, complete with a sleek en-suite and a charming Juliet balcony.

And just wait until you step outside… The garden is what truly sets this home apart. Designed with a Mediterranean feel, finished in beautiful Indian sandstone throughout, it’s stylish, low-maintenance and absolutely perfect for relaxing or entertaining. There’s even a veranda for shaded summer evenings, plus a large gym/home office offering fantastic flexibility.

All of this, and it’s offered with no onward chain, making your move that little bit easier.

Area Comments…

Lower Earley continues to be one of the most sought after spots on the outskirts of Reading and it’s easy to see why. It attracts a wide range of buyers, from families drawn by highly regarded local schools to professionals and commuters wanting convenience without compromising on green space and lifestyle. In fact, many people who move here tend to stay in the area, simply upsizing or downsizing locally because it offers everything they need right on their doorstep.

The area is superbly equipped for day-to-day living, with the popular ASDA complex, local shops, cafés, gyms and leisure facilities all close by, plus plenty of parks, lakes and open spaces for walking and cycling. Lower Earley also benefits from excellent transport links, with regular bus services, easy access to Earley and Winnersh train stations, and strong road connections to Reading, Wokingham and beyond. For London commuters, links via Reading station and the Elizabeth Line make the journey into the capital straightforward and reliable.
