Description

"As my first home and moving in just the week before Covid, it was my sanctuary and I poured love into every corner and thought about the flow of the whole flat. I love the spacious feel of the flat, everyone is surprised how far it goes back. The garden is one of my favourite places, in the summer the sun is in the garden the whole day and in the morning it’s shines though the bedroom morning perfect for a cup of tea while reading."

The Home

This beautiful garden flat has been tastefully renovated and is move-in ready. The length of the property and its creative use of space give it a truly unique feel. As you walk in, a bright and spacious bay-windowed bedroom/reception room is on the left-hand side. Following along the corridor, you will find the bathroom, which has a bath and shower and has been recently renovated in a soft colour scheme, enhanced by plenty of natural light.

The second bedroom is a great size and overlooks the garden. The kitchen has also been recently refurbished with new appliances and leads into a cosy living area with double doors opening onto the outside space. The layout has been designed to maximise space and create the feel of multiple rooms while remaining open plan.

Criss-cross lease.

The Outside Space

The south-facing garden has been beautifully re-landscaped to create the perfect space for socialising, relaxing and growing throughout the year — particularly in the summer, when the raised section of the garden becomes a real sun trap.
