It has been a wonderful first home for us, thanks to its excellent location with the Lexicon just a 20-minute walk away, a local pub within 10 minutes, and several green spaces for nearby walks. We’ve also loved the property itself, which has a cosy, homely feel while offering generous downstairs living space for its size, along with a good-sized south-west facing garden that enjoys plenty of sun.

This is a brilliant first-time buyer home. Having parking to the side of the property is a huge advantage, especially with the added benefit of an EV charger.
Internally, it’s great to step into a proper hallway with space for shoes and coats, to the right is the kitchen, complete with built-in appliances. To the rear of the home is the living room, which leads through to the conservatory. With underfloor heating and an insulated roof, this is a brilliant space you can use all year round.
Upstairs, there are two good-sized bedrooms and a family bathroom, with the main bedroom benefiting from built-in storage.
The garden is landscaped and features a patio area as well as side access.
