3Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I don’t like living around so many students as they vomit everywhere. 24 hour spar is good. There is only very expensive parking nearby, no parking for the building.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The concierge staff and Nelly have always been brilliant - best I have experienced and so happy to help, along with the repairs guy. There is a male senior manager I emailed who wasn’t helpful. Too focused on wanting to meet me rather than just get things sorted.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That uhaus would get rid of all the positive things and reasons why I moved in in the first place. I want ultra convenience and this building no longer represents that.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is very convenient with a good range of supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants nearby. Public transport links are reliable, with easy access to buses and nearby stations. There are also parks and open spaces within walking distance. The street itself is generally quiet and safe, although parking can sometimes be limited during peak hours. Overall, it’s a comfortable and well-connected place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has generally been responsive and helpful. Issues are acknowledged quickly and resolved within a reasonable timeframe, although occasional follow-ups are sometimes needed for quicker action.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known that parking can be limited at certain times and that occasional delays in maintenance responses can happen. However, overall the experience has been smooth and manageable.

3Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Shops and restaurants are really good, I wish there were better grocery shops like M&S around and maybe a dental clinic. Lots of noises around which is not ideal as there are plenty of bars here. Good transport links
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They tend to respond really quickly to repair, they’re friendly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew that housekeeping and that bills are not inclusive - this was previously agreed to be inclusive and I wish I knew how difficult it is to book facilities in advance

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Amazing location - great selection of shops/restaurants and very close to the train station. Really love the grassy area in the centre as well.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The response time is always quick and everyone is super helpful!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The fact that you need to book your housekeeping each time and at least a week in advance.
