We’re looking for professional tenants who enjoy a calm, welcoming home.
Rooms are for single occupancy only, so unfortunately we can’t take couples or pets.
This is a long-term home, ideally for 6 months or more. We like to keep a stable, friendly atmosphere without lots of people coming and going.
We keep things respectful and relaxed — no loud parties or unnecessary noise. Everyone appreciates a peaceful place to unwind.
We follow a simple clean-as-you-go approach — washing up after meals, wiping the cooker, keeping shared spaces tidy. It helps keep the flat lovely for all of us.
Maintenance matters — if something needs fixing, just let us know promptly and we’ll take care of it.

To secure your spot, a £207 holding deposit is needed, deductible from your first rent payment.
