Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Quarters Kilburn is a great option for professionals who value convenience, flexibility, and a social environment. It’s especially suitable for newcomers to London or those who prefer an all-inclusive, community-oriented lifestyle.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has been responsive and professional whenever I’ve raised any issues. Queries were acknowledged promptly, and maintenance requests were handled within a reasonable timeframe. Communication was clear and consistent, which made the process smooth and reassuring. The team was approachable and solution-oriented, ensuring that concerns were resolved efficiently and with minimal inconvenience. Overall, I felt supported and confident that any problems raised would be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Can't think of anything like that, it was a lovely experience.

    Manager's response

Thank you so much for your incredibly kind words and for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review of your experience at Quarters Kilburn. It truly means a lot to read your feedback. I’m so pleased to hear that you enjoyed the design of the building, the communal spaces, and the overall atmosphere that we were able to create here. Our goal is always to provide a comfortable, welcoming, and well-managed environment, so knowing that you felt supported and confident in the management team is very rewarding. On a personal note, thank you for mentioning Indre and me, that was incredibly kind of you. It was genuinely a pleasure having you as part of the community. Moments like helping with your suitcases are never an obligation; they’re simply part of making sure our residents feel looked after, especially during big transition days like move-out. I’m really glad it made a difference. We’re grateful for the positive energy you brought to the building and for your recommendation. Wishing you every success and happiness in your next chapter. All the very best, Dorian

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Walking distance to almost everything you could need convenience wise. The overground is about a minute walk away, and the nearest tube is only a couple minutes further - both get you into central London in no time at all. Kilburn High Road has a lot of character.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quickly and effectively, there's an easy communication channel as well as an online portal to raise any issues

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Maybe in a few more months I'll edit this to add something of worth, but as it stands there isnt much

    Manager's response

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review. It’s great to hear your feedback about the building’s atmosphere. Creating a peaceful, well-maintained environment, even in a lively building, it's something we work hard to achieve, so your comments about the cleanliness of the shared spaces and the quality of the laundry facilities mean a lot. We couldn’t agree more about the location. Being so close to the Overground and just a short walk to the Tube makes getting into central London incredibly convenient, and Kilburn High Road really does have its own unique character. Thank you as well for highlighting the responsiveness of the management team and the ease of using the communication channels and online portal, we’re committed to resolving issues quickly and effectively. We truly appreciate your recommendation and we are so pleased that your experience has been a positive one. If there’s ever anything more we can do, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Best Regards, Dorian

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are a lot of nice restaurants on the street, as well as many grocery stores next to the apartment. There are also nice parks and gyms, so you can exercise as much as you want. The transport is excellent, with many bus stops near the house and a metro station just a 3-minute walk away. Although the street can be a bit noisy at night, it is a busy area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Dorian is very understanding and always responds quickly whenever you have an issue.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Upon arrival, you'll need to purchase all the essentials for your bed and kitchen.

    Manager's response

Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed review! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the modern design, spacious layout, and the overall safety of the apartment. It’s also great to know that the cleanliness, convenient kitchenette, and in-building laundry room made your stay more comfortable. We also truly appreciate your honest feedback regarding the nighttime street noise. As you mentioned, being in a lively and well-connected area does come with some city ambiance, especially for street-facing apartments. For future residents who are light sleepers, we’re always happy to provide tips or discuss room orientation options when available. Thank you as well for highlighting the fantastic location, nearby restaurants, grocery stores, parks, gyms, and excellent public transport connections, it’s one of the things many residents love most about living here. We’re grateful for your recommendation and for taking the time to share your experience. It is a pleasure having you with us and thank you for the kind words! Best regards, Dorian

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The aread is very busy. Many shops, restaurants and activity. Well located with a few metro stations nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were responsive and helpful. No problems experiences

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Isolation is not very great. I can hear what happens in the corridor

    Manager's response

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your honest feedback, we truly appreciate it, as it helps us improve for future residents. I'm sorry to hear that the sound isolation between units and corridors didn't meet your expectations, and that you could hear activity in the hallway. We understand how important a quiet, peaceful environment is, especially for rest and relaxation. Similarly, regarding occasional odors in the corridor, we take these concerns seriously and ventilation/maintenance checks are something we can look into more proactively. It's great to hear that you found the building management responsive and helpful when you raised issues, that's something we always strive for. We're also pleased you enjoyed the vibrant location with plenty of shops, restaurants, activities, and easy metro access; it's one of the key strengths of the area. Your recommendation means a lot to us, and we'll definitely keep working on enhancing the acoustic comfort and corridor air quality where possible (including better ventilation practices). If there's anything else we can do or if you'd like to discuss this further, please don't hesitate to reach out. Thanks again for your candid review and for choosing to live here, we hope any future stays or recommendations go even more smoothly! Kind regards, Dorian Pop

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in Kilburn is really convenient. I got around mostly by bike and I could easily reach the centre of London within 15/20 minutes. However, there is a really great underground / tube service. I would walk to West Hampstead to get overground trains to Gatwick and Luton airports.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, the site manager was always at hand during the week to help with any questions or issues I had. I got locked out once after hours and the after-hours helpline responded and resolved the issue quickly. A great cleaning service is offered and very friendly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If you walk to West Hampstead you can get the Thames Link which is a train that runs to Gatwick airport and Luton airport. There is a secure car-park below, although you need to pay extra and space is very limited this is also good for bike lock-up.

    Manager's response

Thank you very much for your detailed and positive review. We’re delighted to hear that the apartment, facilities, and overall value suited your needs so well. It’s especially great to know that Ashan and the wider team were helpful and accessible, and that our security measures, along with the after-hours helpline, made you feel safe and supported. We’re also pleased the lockout issue was resolved quickly and that you appreciated the cleaning service and friendliness of the staff. Kilburn’s connectivity really is a highlight, and we’re glad you were able to take full advantage of the transport links, cycling routes, and nearby stations. Thank you as well for sharing helpful tips about West Hampstead and the car park. We truly appreciate your recommendation and your kind comments about The Quarters being easy and fair to deal with, particularly around lease extensions. Wishing you all the very best, and thank you again for taking the time to share your experience. Kind regards, Dorian Pop
