Buildings A, B, and E are historic structures and must not be demolished. The adjoining farmhouse, also owned by the National Trust, is occupied as a residential dwelling by tenants and should be considered accordingly when planning or undertaking any works.
Tenancy Details
A Commercial Tenancy Agreement will be granted by the National Trust. The tenancy will be contracted out of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954
Due to the current condition of the buildings, the National Trust is willing to discuss an initial reduced rent period. Applicants should include a proposed rental figure within their application, including any suggested initial reduced rent
