This room has high ceilings with a mezzanine level, and a small kitchen to one side, plus a small bathroom.
Two large bedrooms lead off this room, each one overlooking the stunning view, with some windows opening onto small 'Juliet' balconies.

Outside, to one side, a pretty and secluded garden also enjoys the fabulous views, and gives plenty of room for outside dining in sun or shade. The lowest part of the garden is at road level, where it would be possible to create a private parking space, and enter the house through the garden.

In addition to the main property, there is also a storage room, currently used for olive oil, this is accessed from the footpath to the side, but could also be accessed via the garden.

The lower two floors of the building are not included in the sale, but they have totally separate access and garden. The separation of the property ensures that each part is private and does not overlook the other.
