It’s been great for all of us to be so close to town, whether it’s Temple Meads for work, to get to school or to go out and enjoy the city. It’s super easy to pop out for milk or a drink! And we’re on a hill too, with the wonderful Perrett’s Park and its brilliant views at the end of the street. Everyone is lovely, with families of all ages and all generations living here. The house

A beautiful mid terrace house in Knowle with wonderful proportioned rooms and period features throughout. Downstairs there is a large open plan reception room with bi-folding doors to the rear room which would make the perfect play room or second living room. The front reception has the original Victorian fireplace with working open fire and bay window looking to the street. The rear of the house has been extended to make a light and bright kitchen/diner with glass doors onto the garden. There is also a downstairs WC and a shower room. Up to the first floor are three double bedrooms and the family bathroom and the loft room, which was converted when the house was built and makes an excellent fourth bedroom with eves storage.

The outside

The rear garden is south east facing with a patio area and lawn and there is a brick built shed. There is also rear access through a locked lane.
