We're an independent estate agency specialising in sales and new homes, striving to do better at every stage of the process, and beyond.

Since we opened in 2011 we have earned a reputation as a market-leading estate agent, who do things right and do the right thing. We've sold more than our fair share of properties along the way, leaving a trail of happy clients who are delighted to recommend us.

Looks matter

Professional photographs that show your home in its very best light, particulars that are beautifully designed and stand out from the crowd, well written (and spell-checked) descriptions that capture the imagination and everything professionally printed we make sure our particulars are worthy of your home.

Sophisticated marketing

The best marketing finds the best buyers and tenants. We do all the obvious things putting your property on websites like this (as well as our own), in our window displays, and in all the best magazines and popular papers. But we go the extra mile, and we're well connected, so we'll hit the phones and email hard on your behalf to create a buzz around your property.

We earn our fee

There's no substitute for hard work. We start early and stay open late to do viewings at times that suits potential buyers and tenants, and to make sure we never miss a call. (If we do need to call you back, we'll do so double-quick.) We don't hire part timers, and we work as a team, so that anyone conducting a viewing on your home knows all about it. (You'd be shocked to know how many agencies don't do this!) Our back office systems make sure everyone has up to date information at their fingertips, we'll give you timely viewer feedback, and we make sure to keep you informed with weekly calls.

We believe in doing things right and doing the right thing. We're transparent and up-front about our fees, and are happy to answer any questions you have. We'll give you honest feedback at every stage, and tell you what you need to know and not just want you want to hear because you can only make good decisions if you're properly informed. We'll never over-value just to win an instruction, and we don't cut corners or take short cuts, because that's not who we are, or what gets results.
