Description

A well-presented ground-floor one-bedroom apartment within a popular purpose-built development, benefiting from a share of freehold, an allocated parking space and direct access to the attractive communal gardens.

The accommodation is well arranged and centred around an open-plan kitchen/reception room, with clearly defined areas for cooking, dining and seating. The kitchen has been modernised in a contemporary style, combining white units with wood detailing and coordinating flooring, complemented by chrome fixtures.

A generous double bedroom is positioned to the front of the apartment and provides ample space for wardrobes and additional freestanding furniture. The property is completed by a modern bathroom with a three-piece suite, marble-effect tiling and practical under-sink storage.

Ideally located close to Caledonian Park, the apartment is well placed for local amenities and transport connections. Holloway Road and Caledonian Road Underground stations are both approximately 0.5 miles away, with the wider offerings of Islington and Camden also within easy reach.

Owners insights

What do you love about your home?
The flat has a really sensible layout and feels easy to live in, with no wasted space. One of the biggest advantages is being on the ground floor with direct access to the communal gardens, they’re very well maintained and it’s lovely having that outdoor space so close by in the summer months. The open-plan kitchen/reception room works well day to day and is great for having people over, and the allocated parking space has been a genuine convenience. I also liked the added reassurance of having a share of freehold.

Why are you moving?
I’m relocating to another part of London.

What do you love about the area?
It’s a great location for both green space and getting around London. Caledonian Park is close by and is perfect for a walk or a coffee, and there’s a good mix of local shops, cafés and restaurants within easy reach. Holloway Road and Caledonian Road Underground stations are both nearby, and it’s also easy to get into Islington and Camden for a wider choice of restaurants, bars and amenities.
