We also love helping buyers who want to relocate to this very special area of Devon. With your brief, we’ll help you find the right home or business, in the right location for you. We understand that today's buyers become part of our future community.

We have two offices in North Devon linking Lynton to our South Molton office, Michael Adey Property. The businesses synchronise seamlessly to provide maximum marketing exposure with service and care on a personal level. We are one of the few independent firms left in the area.

Talk to us. You’ll see our passion and knowledge for Lynton, Lynmouth and the villages and hamlets of West Exmoor straight away, from the glorious coves and harbours to the rivers and wooded combes of Brendon, Malmsmead and Oare in the Doone Valley.

Exmoor Property was set up in Lynton by Greg Lang in 2004, after his own relocation from London to West Exmoor. Greg quickly realised that a better residential and commercial sales service was needed for both sellers and buyers in Exmoor National Park. In 2025 Exmoor Property was sold to Michael Adey Property, another independent award winning Estate Agency based in South Molton. With a likeminded approach, Michael saw the opportunity to expand the business providing greater exposure to all clients. During this transition, Lee Trevellick joined the firm, managing the Lynton office. Lee is a local North Devon family man, with over 20 years’ estate agency experience.

Between our team of 6 we have more than 80 years' combined experience in the industry. To find out more, please take a look around our website, and if you would like to join us then please contact us or why not request a free, no obligation valuation of your property.
