It's in city centre and convenient to everything like markets, bus stop, train station and tram station. This place is well connected to all the needs.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Everything thing is well maintained and prioritize the issues and resolves them.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is that the storage space is more limited than it appears during a typical viewing. Closets and cabinets look adequate at first, but once you settle in, you may find there isn’t as much room as expected. I’d suggest new neighbors plan ahead with extra storage solutions or organizers to make the most of the available space.

Great for city dwellers who still want to live in a quieter area. Very convenient to get to shops and restaurants and very close to transport links such as bus and tram.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Usually prompt in most cases but when it’s minor issues can take some time/be forgotten so need to be reminded
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing, everything is as it seems. We have been enjoying our space for over a year now and don’t have any concerns.

Location is 10/10 very close access to the city centre and vibrant areas, but not too close that the noise isa problem, parking is safe and secure underground,
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Bara and Martin have been quick to respond and correct any issues I’ve had since moving in.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I guess if I must say something, in hindsight I wouldn’t have cancelled my other gym membership because the gym here lacks a barbell with weights so things like squats and bench presses are not possible.

The location is ideal for food and shops.parking availability is convenience, especially for guests too. The area is quiet and peaceful.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Helped with getting parking permits and booked me a visit for someone to come look at my dishwasher.

How the guest parking permit system worked, as well as how to raise maintenance issues etc.

Good. Can be loud sometimes a little bit of antisocial behaviour. Sometimes there are driving up and down the streets sometimes there’s just people screaming in the middle of the night.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Take some time but generally are addressed personally
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Flat insulation could be better, and noise issues likely with bedroom layout from neighbours
